Privacy notice.
What happens to the data you send us: what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.

Who processes your data
The data controller is Monoklik d.o.o., Kolodvorska 12, 71000 Sarajevo, ID 4203627400007. For any privacy question, write to info@monoklik.io.
What we collect and why
We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry or hold the call you booked. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- Enquiry form: name, business email, company, phone (optional), rough budget, areas of interest and your message. Enquiries reach us by email; the website doesn't store them in a database.
- Booking a call: name, email, the time you pick and anything you type into the calendar. Cal.com collects this on our behalf.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request data in our hosting logs. To protect the form from abuse, we keep the IP address in server memory for at most 10 minutes.
Cookies and local storage
We use no analytics and no tracking or advertising cookies. The language you choose is remembered in your browser's local storage (mk-lang), only so the site opens in the same language next time. The calendar on the contact page is loaded from Cal.com, which may set its own cookies needed for it to work.
Who else has access
We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf and may do so outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, including in the US:
- Vercel Inc. (US): website hosting and form handling.
- Spaceship, Inc. (US), Spacemail service: the mailbox that receives enquiries.
- Cal.com, Inc. (US): call booking.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries while the conversation is ongoing and for at most 12 months after the last contact. If an enquiry turns into a project, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and as long as the law requires business records to be kept.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. Just write to info@monoklik.io; we reply within one month at the latest. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (azlp.ba).
